Position Summary


  • Compensation: Annual salary $100,000 to $115,000

  • Travel can be as high as 25-35% of work time.

The Lead Cabin Attendant serves as the first point of contact for training, scheduling, administrative, and operational support for cabin attendants. This position ensures that our standards, systems, and procedures are consistent by facilitating training activities, providing line checks, and flying as an active cabin attendant. In collaboration with the Inflight Service Management, the Lead Cabin Attendant models and encourages a culture of support where community, service, and safety are of the utmost importance.

Duties and Responsibilities

Training and Standards


  • Facilitate department orientation, service, safety, and standards training.

  • Deliver company and departmental communication to cabin attendants, ensuring the information is understood, and acknowledged.

  • Support initiatives that attract, retain, and develop cabin attendants.

  • Review cabin attendant resumes and assist with the interview process.

  • Act as a mentor to members of the department.

  • Assist with developing avenues that foster learning, community, and service excellence for cabin attendants.

  • Collaborate with various business lines on customer and employee-focused service.

  • Provide regular reporting on safety and service performance.

  • Participate in SMS (Safety Management System) program.

Administrative and Operational Duties


  • Point person for trip and logistics management and support for cabin attendants.

  • Manage the flight schedule of assigned, pool/ floater, and limited part-time cabin attendants to ensure clients' expectations are met and resources are properly utilized.

  • Maintain monthly cabin attendant utilization reports.

  • Responsible for updating client profiles ensuring information is current and relevant.

  • Assist with internal and external safety audits by monitoring and updating cabin attendant records.

  • Assist with cabin inventory and aircraft audits.

  • Provide procurement services of cabin amenities as needed.

  • Assist with internal events, meetings, and projects.


  • Provide on-call scheduling support when assigned to stand-by duty during non-business hours, weekends, and holidays.

 Cabin Attendant Duties


  • Provide an exceptional level of personal services to ensure the safety and comfort of aircraft passengers.

  • Responsible for the care of the aircraft from prefight through completion of the trip, ensuring it is clean, organized, properly stocked and emergency equipment is in place and in working order.

  • Manage and expedite client requests such as sourcing and preparing the aircraft with additional amenities, catering and events.

  • Operate and upkeep galley, cabin, lavatory equipment and systems throughout the flight as needed for service excellence.

  • Direct and assist passengers in an emergency.

  • Shop, order, prepare, and serve food and beverages to passengers and crew.

  • Submit trip documents such as expenses and surveys.

  • Ensure that the aircraft is always prepared for a flight, understanding the dynamic needs of our clients, aircraft schedule, and destination requirements.

  • Report on any service interruptions to the PIC (pilot in command) and OCC (Operational Control Center).

Essential Job Functions


  • Ability to operate designated technology devices and programs.

  • Ability to work in the designated office and its environment as well as indoor and outdoor environments within airports including airside facilities, landside facilities, and terminal buildings.

  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external stakeholders in a variety of small and large group settings.

  • If needed, must have a reasonable space to work from home/remotely with appropriate office set up.

  • Ability to work extended hours and in a flex schedule to meet the demands of the position.

  • Able to comply with any and all safety requirements necessary to perform the job safely.

  • Must be able to stand for 14 hours on end with limited ability to sit and be able to work long hours in various climates.

  • Unrestricted ability to travel worldwide.

  • Climbing / Stooping / Kneeling / Bending Must be able to kneel in luggage compartment, load trip, aircraft supplies, and luggage, as well as maneuver in tight confinements within the aircraft.

  • Must be able to lift supplies from floor level to waist high repeatedly.

  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.

  • Additional duties as required.

Travel Expectations

Travel will occur with prolonged overnight stays in national and international locations.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree, minimum three years’ experience working as a cabin attendant or equivalent combination of education and experience in an industry serving ultra-high net worth individuals.


  • Valid CPR/ First Aid Training Certificate

  • Valid Food Handler Certification.
