Main Objective: Set up and operation of audio, video, and lighting equipment for events on and offsite.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for setup, operation, and strike of audio, video, and lighting equipment during events, studio productions, and tradeshow exhibits
Selects and coordinates technical equipment rental and labor used during off-site events or video productions
Maintains a positive relationship with meeting hosts and planners through effective communication
Monitors events and checks in on them throughout the day
Meets with meeting requestors on-site to ensure their needs are met and equipment is set up and working correctly.
Responsible for the routine preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment
Responsible for level one user support and troubleshooting for all the audio-visual equipment in the meeting and conference rooms around the Arthrex campus as well as off-site labs
Up to 10% travel is required for select offsite events and tradeshow exhibits.
Knowledge of basic signal flow for audio, video, and control.
AV and lighting control systems experience.
Familiarity with computers and Microsoft PowerPoint
