We're seeking a User Experience Architect to take ownership of our Design System, which supports several product teams across Evernorth Accountable Care business segments and work closely with your engineering partners and stakeholders to build a best-in-class component framework that accelerates our ability to improve the world's experiences with software.

Qualifications:
Reimagine and design AI/ML solutions and data products for business portfolio across commercial and medicare channels
Leverage data analytics, research, and Design Thinking methodologies to deliver best-in-class products and experiences with relentless focus on ease-of-use and value delivery for the clients
Support organizational design for digital transformation and business innovation by building modern, visually engaging, and innovative products
Support solutions for software products to provide end-to-end services for the order-to-cash function and automation to help the company recognize revenue early, and enhance the end user satisfaction
Understand service design, demonstrate thinking of how a user moves from service to service in an app ecosystem or platform
Provide qualitative and quantitative inputs to form hypothesis and inform design solutions
Communicate and build consensus on a product experiences in collaboration with cross-functional teams, sponsored users, and other key stakeholders
Deliver high-quality design solutions, paired with detailed specifications for implementation for the existing and new applications
Partner with sales, architecture, and engineering to ensure alignment throughout the process in order to better understand the technical constraints and capabilities of machine learning technologies and identify and document product opportunities related to those technologies
Define Design Systems, user flows, site maps, service blueprints that unify, improve, and elevate the user experience of applications across multiple products and platforms
Create detailed visual designs, interaction mechanisms, and user workflows for cutting-edge machine learning technologies being integrated into existing product lines as well as new product prototypes
Aid in the identification and development of test & learn pilots and qualitative/quantitative research that validates new concepts with targeted end users while guiding further concept iterations based on results, documenting detailed design criteria of validated solutions, and supporting the development of specific business cases to secure appropriate approvals and funding for full-scale development
Advocate and support a culture of innovation across the organization through effective process development and use of facilitation / soft skills, particularly within established teams driving innovation activities
Desired Experience
Bachelor Degree in Design or equivalent
5 to 7 years of experience designing for web
Online portfolio showcasing design and problem-solving skills
Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD
Knowledge of user interface and information design principles
Passion for designing visualizations that help people find meaning in data
Comfortable with iterative design process
Detail-oriented yet able to see the big picture
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
Effective at collaborating with internal and external teams
Inquisitive and self-motivated
Comfortable learning quickly in a fast-paced environment
Agile software development experience
Nice-to-have skills
Experience working with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
