What you will enjoy doing*


  • You will coordinate work activities with respective responsible personnel at the Linde construction site or the customer plant

  • Plan activities and assign the respective tasks to the employees (welders, fitters, technicians) and /or to awarded subcontractors

  • You will follow and maintain high safety and quality standards in compliance with Linde policy

  • Preparation of the site including establishing communication channels at site and with the customer (if applicable), workspace, work permitting process, ensuring material availability, tools, and rental equipment are available

  • Additionally, you will be responsible for preparation of schedules, progress and budget tracking including corresponding reporting to management and customer

  • Proactively resolve problems or report them in early stage to the Manager Field Service and other previously identified parties

  • You will actively support troubleshooting activities in a structured manner and assist in researching problems and errors

  • Participation in Project Meetings and Site Meeting as required

  • Further, you will support other areas such as the Quality Department if not in the field


What makes you great


  • You have a High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • You have 4 or more years' experience as a Supervisor on a construction project or similar

  • Basic knowledge of Welding and Quality Control is preferred
