Job Description:

Are you looking to make an impact through a rewarding, flexible part-time gig? Did you do well on the LSAT? Help students get where you have gone. Teach test-prep skills and strategies to help future attorneys improve their LSAT scores so they can get into their dream law school! You might be a strong presenter and discussion leader, or you could even have formal experience teaching and tutoring. Either way, our superior training and comprehensive curriculum will give you the skills you need to lead and support students through their test prep.

As an MCAT instructor, you will be expected to:


    • Instruct students in a dynamic and supportive manner, adapting to students' needs and keeping them engaged with the material both online and in person

    • Motivate your students through a results oriented, time-tested Princeton Review curriculum in order to build stronger, more confident learners

    • Model professionalism and accountability at all times by showing up to class on time, replying to students in a timely manner, and holding students accountable for assignments

    • Create an open, safe, and positive learning environment


Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or pursuing one

    • Confident and engaging discussion leader

    • Excellent attention to detail and deadlines

    • Availability on nights and/or weekends is a must, summer daytime availability is a plus

    • Access to a reliable internet connection and computer in a reliably quiet location

    • Live within 30 miles of an in-person course location and work in person when requested

    • Applicants must have a 162 or higher on official LSAT or Princeton Review practice test (within the last 5 years)

    • Successful completion of a 6-week Instructor Certification course upon hire prior to their first teaching assignment

    • Experience learning or teaching in an online platform preferred

Compensation:

Pay: $30-$55 per hour, based on credentials and geographic location
