Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• 
  Mentor and Train: Lead and coordinate activities for machine operators and maintenance associates in the upkeep of production equipment.


• 
  Fix and Rebuild: Roll up your sleeves and dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment, ensuring smooth operations.


• 
  Innovate and Troubleshoot: Put your problem-solving skills to the test as you diagnose and fix electro-mechanical equipment issues.


• 
  Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance and keep detailed records to keep our operations running like clockwork.

Your Qualifications

• 
  Technical Savvy: You're a master at using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and calibration tools.


• 
  Engineering Enthusiast: An associate's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Technology would be a huge plus.


• 
  Experience Matters: You have 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in PMs and repairs of electro-mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment.


• 
  Safety First: Understanding safety practices is second nature to you.


• 
  Team Player: You excel in a collaborative environment, communicating effectively with technical support services.
