About the Role:

Sales Associate works with the sales as support to develop the company's business. Sales Associate daily functions include assisting with quotes, phone sales, follow up with internal departments, and processing customers contracts. The role is viewed as entry level with potential for growth in the company.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor preferred but not required.

Experience: no experience required only the desire to learn and succeed.

Languages: Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and written.

Skills/Software: computer literate, Microsoft office proficient.

Traits: Great work ethic, team player, self-starter, detailed oriented, great customer service skills and great organizational skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow-up on leads and make sales calls.


• Assist with existing and future sales quotes.


• Assist with administering contracts.


• Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads.


• Maintain organized sales records and report month end goal setting to the senior management team.


• Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services.


• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering email and when senior sales team is not available.


• Updates appointment calendar and set up meetings.


• Responsible for Seacor Island Lines website and social media updates


• Responsible for quotes and purchasing marketing material.


• Works with Sales team in creating company/brand awareness.


• Issues notifications to trade.


• Creates Marketing power point presentations for Sales Team.


• Track and analyze website and growth.


• Arranges proposals and presentations using marketing resource material such as brochures data, slides, photographs, and reports.


• In charge of updating our CMS information. All information that comes from the web master or client direct.
