JOB DESCRIPTION
Do you have a big personality, not shy or introverted, feel an internal and uncontrollable desire to engage with people? Be the front-line Brand Ambassador who drives the Resideo Brand within Security, Comfort and Connected Home Distributors. You will foster brand awareness by maintaining regular distributor contact and managing customer expectations. You will develop customer relationships through attending trade shows, seminar, and similar events. You will provide education of Resideo product through technical presentations, seminars and workshops. You will work with distributor partners to tell the Resideo story and standardize the brand messaging. You will maintain and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will provide competitive intelligence and market trends. JOB DUTIES:
Salary Range: In compliance with applicable law, Resideo provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be performed in California. Actual compensation is influenced by various factors, including, but not limited to, skills, experience, the specific office location, and pay differences based on the local labor market. The expected base salary range for this role in Los Angeles, CA is $39,043 - $65,072.
Incentive Eligibility: You are eligible to participate in a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). This incentive is considered variable incentive pay. You can earn an annual sales incentive which is expressed as a percentage (100%) of your annual salary. This amount will be prorated based on your hire date. Attaining your sales targets will allow you to achieve 100% of your variable incentive pay. However, overdriving those targets will enable you to increase your variable incentive pay for the SIP performance period.
