We're looking for a Director, Marketing, Customer Advocacy, to capture and highlight the successes of our customers across external and internal channels, influencers, media and analysts and scale our customer advocacy program.
You will have a tight pulse on our happiest of customers, build lasting relationships and have creative ideas for recruiting and generating engagement of our customer base. Being cross-functional is in your DNA as you work closely with Events, Sales, Demand Gen, PR and Product Marketing teams to weave advocacy into every dimension of our engagement.
A key responsibility of this role is the management of NICE's customer reference program, focused on accelerating the sales cycle and supporting the public voice of the customer in thought leadership and PR activities. You will also lead a team dedicated to the creation and evangelism of customer success through videos and written case studies.
In this role, you'll collaborate with team members across the globe and at all levels to drive customer interactions that surface key business value-oriented use cases and outcomes. You are a problem solver who is proactive, analytical and innovative in approaching customers and capturing stories.
