Consultant, Client Transition

Summary:

The successful candidate will serve as the first point of reference for day-to-day inquiries and serve as a liaison between our global teams and client servicing partners for Gifting, Unitrust and Maintenance activities.

May serve as the lead consultant on smaller or less complex team projects. Must demonstrate excellent analytical, organization, communication, and judgment skills. May train/mentor lower-level staff. Ability to build both broad and in-depth knowledge in chosen field, plus strong knowledge of related areas. Focuses on maintenance and implementation of policies and procedures in the function, building towards becoming a subject matter expert. Ability to learn quickly in fast paced environment. Training provided.

Major Duties:

• Demonstrate accountability of task completion to comply with risk requirements.

• Collaborate with peers and managers to execute Objective and Key Results (OKR) to ensure business priorities are met.

• Participate with leadership in embracing change to drive success and effective execution of department goals.

• Maintain the accuracy and timeliness above the SLA thresholds consistently or equal to team's average whichever is higher.

• Maintain processes of SLAs along with client servicing objectives, ensure all processes are completed within stated time, monitor all dashboards, work lists and backlogs.

• Effectively track, monitor, and respond to escalations and partner/client issues and provide monthly reporting to manager.

Qualifications:

• Three or more years of related business experience; preferably in banking.

• Some knowledge in project management.

• Must have good communication skills and some working knowledge of the firm, the industry and technology
