Arthrex is actively seeking a Sr Business Systems Analyst - Integrations works directly with the IT departments within Arthrex to facilitate system integration improvements by engaging business stakeholders and IT partners in designing and/or configuring, analyzing, testing, implementing, and maintaining the organization's data integration solutions and services. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining business architecture and improve processes that support our end-to-end data integration pipelines and platforms. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Act as a Product Owner, focus on delivering value and be an ambassador for the integration platform for internal and external teams.
Obtain a deep understanding of relevant business area(s) and business processes to be able to recommend solutions and build high-quality requirements.
Assist with requirements gathering, feature design, documentation, and end-user testing for projects and feature requests.
Translate high-level requirements into actionable work items, including user stories, testing, and acceptance criteria.
Adhere to the Quality System Procedures and Change Control.
Lead and/or participate in delivery of projects.
Analyze data integration business requirements, explore and evaluate various options, and assist with the development life cycle, validating the requirements, eliminating ambiguity, and providing early visibility to the business on the final solution
Shape business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions.
Respond, resolve, or escalate reported incidents.
Under management direction, may participate as SME for audits.
Ensure stability, integration, and integrity of production systems.
Create artifacts as appropriate, including business case documentation, scope documentation, detailed functional requirements, operational requirements, process flows, and test cases.
Understand technical options, limitations, costs, and risks.
Communicate tradeoffs to business partners and work with them to shape requirements accordingly.
Help resolve competing priorities between stakeholder groups by facilitating stakeholder discussions and escalate issues where appropriate.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures of cloud technology, including Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
Follow established methodology for the identification and documentation of business requirements.
Assist software development personnel with the investigation and resolution of issues
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 coverage support.
Create and maintain application/system integration operational and documentation, as necessary.
Benchmark current and future processes against industry best practices.
Contribute to the development of roadmaps.
Support the adoption of solutions by sponsoring business departments.
Manage projects with limited scope.
Create functional design documents and other relevant documents maintaining adherence to the software development lifecycle.
Oversee the deployment of the integrations as per the delivery schedule
Configure and maintain integrations and automation between applications using Application Programming Interfaces (API) and connectors.
Validate solution development quality to specifications and business requirements through unit-functional testing.
Mentor junior Analysts.
Focus on capturing core requirements, beyond stated requirements and accurately places these within a broader context
Provide technical training assistance for users, applications programming team, and other staff.
Lead collaboration with business for documentation of As-Is and To-Be Processes.
Analyze requirements, design and develop solutions, coordinate testing, and implement technologies, enhancements, and incident/problem resolutions.
Maintain a comprehensive view of all business system processes and users to understand functional impacts concerning configuration, process, workflow, and reporting
Assist in identifying and solving the root cause of defects in the system
Specialized Skills
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Experience working in projects where multiple functions work in a matrix structure is a plus
Professional certification in Agile methodologies is preferred
Business analysis certification (e.g.CBAP) is a plus.
APICS, PMP, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft certifications is a plus.
Previous involvement in the deployment or optimization of an ERP system is a plus
Work with standard current computer applications, including but not limited to collaboration tools, email, word processing, spreadsheets, project management tools, diagramming tools; as well as Enterprise applications (where applicable): ERP, PLM, DMS, HRIS, CRM, MES, and BI.
