We are currently looking for an experienced individual for our Wax department. The Wax Assembly Worker reports to the Supervisor and prepares wax patterns to create a high-quality wax configuration for mold processing. This is a Monday - Friday, 2nd Shift position with a starting rate of $18.27 and a rate of $19.00 at 6 months. Additionally, we are currently offering a $2 shift differential, $1,000 sign on bonus. We also offer a 5% quarterly bonus plan with full benefits package and 50% 401k company match. Must be able to train on 1st shift for 4 - 6 weeks.
Wax Assembler - In this position the successful candidate will perform duties related to the setting up, assembling and attaching a variety of wax patterns to wax frames while consistently monitoring for quality. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. This position will also require the successful candidate to be responsible for working from instructions and prescribed routines to prepare molds for casting. The candidate will also be responsible for visually inspecting and repairing defects in patterns, keep leadership fully informed of any irregularities or concerns. They will also be responsible for the adherence to all safety policies, practice and procedures. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and have the ability to maintain attention to detail and multitask.
QUALIFICATIONS
