Position Title: Human Resources Generalist
Job Duties:
Join a team of 3 in HR (HR Director, HR Coordinator and this role)
Lead and manage the entire new hire onboarding and orientation process from start to finish
Oversee the recruitment process (coordinating interviews, conducting phone screenings, posting job ads, collaborating with managers, and screening resumes)
Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding HR policies and procedures
Administer employee benefits (assist with open enrollment and coordinate with the company's broker on any issues)
Review and verify invoices before submitting for payment
Tend to first level employee relations and escalation higher level relations to Director
Execute steps for termination process
Generate and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
Lead the employee engagement committee coordinating celebrations, meetings, company events, and other committee initiatives.
Maintain office supply inventory and place product orders
Requirements:
2-7 years of previous experience working in Human Resources
Bachelors Degree in human Resources or related field
SHRM- CP certification preferred
Previous experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
Must be able to work well independently
Must have a tactical mindset
Additional Info:
Pay range: $60,000-$75,000 + 8% bonus potential
Schedule: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday - Friday
Location: 100% in office in Chanhassen, Minnesota
