Your Opportunity as the Lead Analyst, Inventory/ Distribution

Work Arrangements: Hybrid, 30% in office expectations
In this role you will:
Prepare daily template, detailing all inventory issues for all sites that clearly communicate next steps for Customer Logistics.
Work with Integrated Business Planning teams to resolve inventory issues.
Support proactive root cause analysis.
Respond to customer specific requests.
Serve as single point of contact for all questions related to inventory issues on customer shipments.
Responsible for driving process improvements to ensure that all performance measures are achieved and communicate accordingly when these levels are not met.
Analyze fill rate data and accuracy of cut code reporting.
Capture high level issues driving service metrics above or below goal.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a proactive manner by ensuring internal Customer Logistics groups are managing shortages appropriately.
Provide input in the development and enhancements to the IMI system and Spotfire that pertains to Available to Promise (ATP) functionality and fill rate reporting.
Facilitate allocation needs relating to pricing action or inventory supply constraints.
Work in conjunction with Integrated Business Planning to lead discussions with cross functional teams managing the scope of the allocation and providing regular communication/next steps.
Daily allocation reporting and distribution as well as assisting with the day-to-day questions from internal teams, i.e. Sales, Commercialization, and Customer Logistics.
Provide specific cut reporting and customer demand trends.
Ensure all allocation cuts are being executed against by the Customer Logistics team.
Track and manage Marketing projects related to new product introductions, item conversions, discontinued items, and suffix code management.

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree is required (Business or Supply Chain degree is preferred)
3+ years of related business supply chain experience
Experience with data analysis, problem solving, and customer service.
Role requires ability to manage and perform day to day activities in addition to numerous projects.
Must have a high level of initiative, be a strong leader, and have the ability to work cross-functionally.
Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic team environment and ability to flow to the work.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and listening skills.
Ability to organize information and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in time sensitive situations.
Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:
Consumer Packaged Goods experience
Experience utilizing Spotfire to analyze data, desire/future ability to be Spotfire Analyst to support dashboard creation and maintenance
Knowledge of JMS Operations, Logistics, and reporting systems is beneficial
Project Management experience
Experience using IMI, SAP, or related software
