Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Hoboken, NJ that is seeking an Operations Business Analyst.

Summary:
The Operations Business Analyst is the primary business to systems connection between the Sales leadership team, the Sales users, the Product owner, and the Technology teams. The Operations Business Analyst will provide overall CRM support to assigned groups including enablement of new technologies to support initiatives, building and improving workflows, grooming and testing stories for new technology/features, managing SFDC data, creating and maintain reports and dashboards, new user training and orchestrating feedback loops to drive continued improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years CRM support experience required


• Organizational and time management skills, completing work within established time frames


• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated


• Ability to problem-solve job-related issues


• Strong communication skills - written, verbal and presentation


• Provide support for problems and requests


• Previous work experience in publishing/advertising preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
