What You’ll Do:


  • Install and/or Service integrated systems including fire alarm, card access, CCTV, networking, and burglar alarm.

  • Actively participate in company initiatives such as securing referrals and upselling.

  • Provide exceptional customer service.

  • Provide positive reinforcement of programs and initiatives to peers.

  • As new products/solutions are introduced, serve as mentor to junior technicians and share learned technical information to improve individual and branch capabilities.

What You’ll Need:


  • HS diploma or equivalent.

  • The skills to decipher/design integrated systems in conjunction with local jurisdiction requirements.

  • Possess strong technical aptitude.

  • Ability to engage others through active listening.

  • Proficient in company skills and best practices such as safety, use of equipment, etc.

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.

  • 5 years field experience or equivalent technical education or certification.

  • Minimum of 2 years of fire detection and signaling systems experience.

  • Ability to demonstrate proficient understanding of the software and programming for the primary manufacturers used by your home branch. This includes residential and commercial security, fire alarm systems, testing proper communication with the Central Station, Analog and IP video systems including NVR set-up, software installation and VMS programming.  Also, access control systems including software installation, system programming and user credential programming.
