This role will be responsible for leading multiple CSBB Business System & Transformation CRM product capability scrum teams, supporting the evolution and implementation of key CSBB capabilities that transform the Wells Fargo banker and customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with our Product Management and line of business (LOB) partners and you will work closely with your technology and scrum team to deliver solutions via Agile methodology. In this role, you will:
Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking
Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
Serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in supporting product delivery impacting branch employees
Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with stakeholders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals.
Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to rapidly changing environments
Strong product management experience that includes experience driving product execution, prioritization, outcome-based road map and strategy creation as well as implementation.
Salesforce Experience and/or knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) core principles, including banker/customer communication tools.
Advanced skills in agile methodology including experience in planning and refinement of epics and features, with a continuous improvement mindset.
Exceptional problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to write clear and concise user stories, including acceptance criteria
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
This position will require onsite presence at one of the locations listed below in a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $120,400.00 - $250,000.00 Benefits
