In this role, you will:
Develop and oversee Quality Control management for Currency Transaction Reporting.
Manage and develop a team of Operations Specialists while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
Provide direction through managers, ensuring quality standards are maintained and ensuring enactment of approaches to correct problems
Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a quality control program
Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Quality Control
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
3+ years Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
6+ years quality assurance, operations support, risk or compliance experience
Experience with building out effective business support function
Currency Transaction Reporting (CTR) experience
Knowledge and understanding of Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
Prior experience working in a financial services banking capacity with a well-rounded understanding of various banking areas/functions including operational risk management
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with proven experience articulating issues, risks, and proposed solutions to executive levels of staff and management
Ability to articulate issues and risks, take decisive action, implement solutions, and influence change
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
