MDS Coordinator LPN Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program
• Current LPN Virginia state license
• 2 years of nursing experience
• LTC and previous MDS experience is preferred
• Leadership skills
• Ability to make decisions independently
• Ability to communicate with a variety of people
