Your Role:
The Head of Business Planning & Execution will serve as a trusted partner and advisor to the Chemistry Business Unit leadership team, setting strategic priorities, driving critical projects and initiatives to deliver on those priorities, and ensuring optimal business performance. This role will be responsible for aligning resources, removing roadblocks, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. You and your team will drive Business Unit projects and initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Chemistry Leadership Team liason
Act as chief of staff to the Chemistry Leadership Team, providing strategic counsel and guidance on key decisions and initiatives
Coordinate and prepare executive presentations (ex. deep dives, SLSLT, etc.)
Draft letters, emails, reports and other important correspondence
Support leadership meetings by taking notes and ensuring completion of actions
Plan impactful Chemistry Leadership Team meetings in advance, ensure LT meetings maximize value to the team, and actions are diligently completed
Foster a culture of collaboration and alignment across different functional areas within the Chemistry Business Unit
Identify and resolve cross-functional conflicts or misalignments, promoting a seamless and integrated way of working
Manage and coordinate communications for Chemistry, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment.
Develop and manage significant cross-functional relationships. Key interdependent partnering relationships will exist with leadership teams in commercial, eBusiness, supply chain, CEO office, ACE, IT, Finance, Legal, and HR
Maintain accurate confidential files and data records
Strategic project ownership
Drive the timely & effective execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and effective cross-functional collaboration
Create and maintain systems & processes to streamline operations
Identify and mitigate potential risks, roadblocks, and challenges to project success; proactively develop and implement mitigation strategies
Develop business cases and lead execution of projects
Business performance excellence
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and competitive metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
Develop and implement robust reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into business performance across various functional areas
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess performance gaps and develop action plans to course-correct and optimize business operations
Leverage latest tools & dashboards to track support team to drive performance
Closely monitor financials , alert leadership team of potential challenges and develop actions to turnaround these challenges

This will be a hybrid role based out of our Round Rock, TX location. This role IS NOT open to remote candidates at this time.
Who you are
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance , Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree - MBA , MS , PhD preferred
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving complex initiatives to successful completion
Strong business acumen, critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated project management expertise, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively
