Job Title: Commercial Construction Superintendent - Interiors & Remodels


Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX


Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 base salary
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent with a strong background in interiors and remodel projects to join our team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and completing commercial construction projects on time and within budget.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, with a focus on interiors and remodels.


• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel.


• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.


• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.


• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.


• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.


• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.


• Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation.


• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent, with a focus on interiors and remodels.


• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


• The ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.


• Proficiency in project management software and tools.


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


• OSHA certification preferred.
