HAYS Recruitment is currently partnered with a well-known Commercial Real Estate firm. This company is looking for a Property Manager to add to their team as they are rapidly growing.


Your new role


As the Property Manager, you will get the opportunity to oversee a portfolio of commercial assets, with a mix of office, retail, and industrial. You are in charge of managing a team of high-level individuals, managing budgets & reports, overseeing capital projects, and working directly with the tenants.


What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years in Commercial Property Management
- Experience with budgets/tax reconciliations/tenant delinquencies/CAM Recs
- Experience with Office & Mixed Use
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, Yardi is a plus
