Summary: The End-point Technology Analyst is responsible for the definition of hardware and software needs for School Staff and our Enrollment Center agents. The analyst partners with others in Supply Chain, Finance and IT team members to create and update demand forecasts as well as analyze both break-fix and hardware replacement patterns. The analyst is often the 'last mile' of the provisioning supply chain for both School Staff/Enrollment hardware and also tier 2 technical support for these same groups. The analyst is comfortable with hardware tinkering and is knowledgeable of laptop and tablet hardware models.


They are also comfortable with creating or maintaining large datasets and Excel models to perform their duties. A key part of the role is continuous improvement of the hardware definition, provisioning and reclamations processes. They are key members of the teams accountable for lowering per unit costs, improving the experience of School Staff and Enrollment agents, and driving innovation.


The successful candidate will be a quick problem-solver, willing to roll up their sleeves and solve problems; they thrive in a challenging environment, are energetic, flexible, and self-motivated.



Essential Functions

  • Drive the gathering of detailed stakeholder requirements, constraints, and assumptions in order to establish the project deliverables, using requirement-gathering techniques (e.g., planning sessions, brainstorming, focus groups)

  • Maintain relationships with other departments and organizations by recognizing dependencies to assess potential partnership and commitment to the project

  • Assist in technical and non-technical projects necessary to improve the team's operational processes, support system improvements, and overall technology changes needed to better the experience while improving the long-term customer experience.

  • Maintain accurate endpoint asset inventory in provided software/platform.

  • Provided quarterly data/reports to display lifecycle data to ensure replacement of older machines in a timely manner.

  • Evolve processes, tools, and metrics to enable effective and efficient delivery of company projects.

  • Assist with definition of hardware spec and software spec for School roles as well as for Enrollment Center staff.

  • Perform software and hardware installation for various corporate employees and school staff;

  • Maintain asset control for all school and corporate assets in the field, including managing lifecycle replacements of all IT assets, including proper destruction.

  • Assist with all new hire shipments of school and enrollment center assets. Assist with reclamation efforts of same units.

  • The role also helps evaluate new initiatives / automations, operational process changes, and business applications to improve efficiency within Supply Chain team.

  • Assist in ordering of equipment from Stride vendors, including submission and receiving of equipment within Stride purchasing guidelines.

  • Understands, analyzes and writes data, processes and requirements in order to address performance gaps. Assists with implementing enhanced processes, procedures and training.

  • Reports pertinent metrics to the appropriate partnering teams to advise on customer trends in requests for support, disruptions in service of platforms or applications

  • Acts as the point of contact for escalations and takes ownership of ensuring issues are seen through to resolution

  • Liaison between Stride and vendors used for asset fulfillment/purchasing.

  • Be proficient with both Windows based, Mac based and Android operating systems.

  • Act as a backup Tier 3 Support and assist Customer Support when needed

  • Ensure timely communication with customers, co-workers, and management.

  • Assist Supply Chain management to analyze forecast versus actuals for the department each month, including identifying business drivers for any variances.

  • Operational analysis and modeling - pull and consolidate large data sets, build models from scratch and improve existing ones

  • Ad hoc reporting - Run ad hoc analyses from multiple sources as needed to assist leadership with decision making




Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.



Minimum Required Qualifications
:



  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Business or relevant field AND

  • Three (3) years in relevant experience OR

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Strong research and analysis skills

  • Able to work well as part of a team Customer service orientation

  • Possess very good communication skills - written and verbal

  • Ability to own and execute projects

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Understanding and proficiency in computer networking

  • Knowledge of MS Intune and MS Autopilot

  • Knowledge of HTML and JAVA recommended

  • Ability to work independently and without direct supervision

  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency. Excel Master

  • Ability to travel 10% of the time

  • Ability to pass required background check

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.



We anticipate the salary range to be $45,516.75 - $98,156.40. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
