TBG is searching for an Inventory Manager to join our team for our manufacturing facility located in City of Industry. We are looking for someone with previous manufacturing/inventory management experience to help level up our entire operations.
This position will be responsible for managing and leading the Logistics Department and Inventory Control Systems. Must be comfortable working with all levels within the organization. Must be able to question the status quo and be an excellent communicator. Will be responsible for managing and leading inventory management process, logistics functionality, launching new products as well as mentoring and coaching our ICS and Logistics Teams.


Job Description:



  • Manage and lead physical inventories and cycle counts (performed in compliance with the Corporate Controller's Policy)

  • Ensure adherence to all WMS/SAP/ADC/SOX policies and procedures related to inventory

  • Collaborate with operational partners to resolve business issues related to inventory, transactions, usage, or other related areas

  • Manage and lead daily balancing of all systems in compliance with SOX requirements. These systems include, but are not limited to: SAP, WMS, and ADC

  • Ensure filing of all count sheets, reconciliations, and pertinent reports.

  • Act as a backup for other Inventory Control team members as required and Inventory Control functions.

  • Manage and lead Period-End duties.

  • Manage and lead YE Physical Inventory (Wall-to-Wall) functions.

  • Train, coach, and motivate personnel in the understanding and adoption of new principles and techniques; focusing on measurable safety, quality, cost, and service improvements.

  • Drive the standardization of processes and the implementation of metrics and best practices.

  • Assist in setting annual operational targets and help drive improvements to achieve those targets.

  • Willingness to work in cold environment including warehouse cold rooms and freezers.

  • All other duties as assigned.


What You'll Need to Have:


Required:



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or equivalent education; Master's Degree a plus

  • 3-5 years of experience leading/managing a team

  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing/logistics environment

  • Ability to use project management tools, MS Word, Excel, Project, Visio, Mini-tab in order to efficiently manage the workflow and transactions generated.

  • Experienced and knowledgeable in SAP (S/4HANA), WMS, Traksys, ADC, and other inventory management tools


Preferred:



  • SAP SME

  • Experience in Food and Beverage Manufacturing Industry or other FEFO environment

The salary range for this position is $105,000-115,000 annually.
