We are seeking a full-time remote IT Enterprise CRM Engineer III. The IT Enterprise CRM Engineer III requires a broad and deep technical knowledge. Strong expertise in source code management and designing continuous integration and continuous deliver solutions for medium and/or large enterprise applications. The CRM Engineer will demonstrate the ability to engage in senior level technology decision makers’ discussions related to agility, business value, security, and end to end information technology as a requirement.

Plan, coordinate, and lead all activities related to Standards, Design, Development, and Implementation of Automated CI/CD for on-prem and cloud solutions, secure coding quality check, log management and application performance management solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Document and manage release management and source control strategies for automated CI/CD.
  • Implement CI/CD for new and existing applications.
  • Document, and manage application build pipelines in Azure DevOps.
  • Document, and manage application release pipelines in Azure DevOps.
  • Design, document, and manage infrastructure-as-code.
  • Implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD feedback mechanisms.
  • Optimize performance of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Document and manage application build + release infrastructure for both on-Premise and cloud solutions.
  • Set up standardized release management workflows.
  • Set up and maintain disaster recovery mechanisms for all CI/CD pipelines.
  • Monitor CI/CD processes throughout the entire SDLC lifecycle.
  • Creating and/or updating support processes for CI/CD improvements and optimizations.
  • Ensure all automated CI/CD processes meets and/or exceeds requirements set by enterprise security compliance and auditing standards.
  • Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management.
  • Participate in planned/unplanned deployments to production via automated CD pipelines.
  • Provide troubleshooting support and disaster recovery for application deployments throughout the entire SDLC lifecycle.
  • Implement a process for routing system feedback to development teams
  • Optimize feedback mechanisms.
  • Application Monitoring.

  • Participate/lead the evaluation and selection of all related infrastructure and applications related to code management, monitoring, logging and automation. Provide proof of concept and prototypes as required for new projects and technologies where appropriate.
  • Modify and document, where applicable, existing DevOps process to improve efficiency and better collaboration with App Dev Teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • B.S. Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is REQUIRED
  • Kubernetes and Dockers & Containerization: 3 years
  • Cloud infrastructure and Networking, Firewall: 3 years
  • Git & CI/CD pipelines: 2 years
  • Application development experience in mid to large organizations: 2 Years
  • Application Monitoring Dynatrace (preferred)
  • Demonstrated successful implementation of SDLC ensuring minimum required development artifacts are developed and completed by development team members
  • Advanced knowledge of solution development, systems analysis/design, programming techniques, testing, and release management
  • Demonstrated ability and experience working in a matrix environment
  • Healthcare industry experience is highly desirable
  • Effective communication, organizational, presentation and execution skills required (both written and verbal) Strong interactive problem solving, decision-making, and leadership skills; Ability to multi-task to support multiple initiatives
