Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse



Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health Registered Nurse sought for 13 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 days, Monday-Friday. There is a minimum productivity expectation of 30 points per week. Mileage is reimbursed at $0.50/mile.



Minimum Requirements:

• WI or Compact RN license


• 1+ year home health experience within the past 3 years


• OASIS experience


• BLS


• HCHB experience preferred
