Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is seeking a Server Assistant to join their team! This 757-room property is located next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Inner Harbor's museums, the National Aquarium, and connected to Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk!

The ideal candidate will hold comparable experience in customer service and have full availability to work the ever changing schedule of hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking to begin their hospitality career.

Shift Pattern: AM and PM, starting as early as 5AM and finishing as late as 1AM, with full flexibility required. Weekends and holidays, as needed.

Pay Rate: $16.20 per hour, no tips

What will I be doing?

• Set and prepare tables for dining, including, but not limited to, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, serving water, etc.
• Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s)
• Assist food server(s) with table service, including, but not limited to, serving beverages, breads, etc.
• Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
