Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Utilization Data: Analyze and interpret data analytics for all contracted groups to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Trend Analysis: Track and report on trends to inform strategic decisions and ensure optimal resource utilization.Utilization Strategy: Develop and implement utilization strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance service delivery.Onsite Assessments: Conduct onsite utilization assessments to evaluate current practices and recommend improvements.Strategy Implementation: Oversee the execution of utilization strategies, ensuring they are effectively implemented across all relevant departments.Departmental Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact with other departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.Roster Management: Manage and collect rosters for all contracted groups, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.Patient Survey Oversight: Track patient survey results, analyze feedback, and develop corrective action plans to address any issues.Additional Duties: Perform other duties or projects as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
