Market Research Professional (Remote, 6 months+)


Location: Remote (open to candidates in EST or CST time zones)

Role Overview: As a Senior Market Research Professional, you will collaborate with marketing partners and business lines to define a learning agenda and strategic insight needs. Your focus will be on supporting our Special Needs, Low Income, and Agent lines of business. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that internal teams understand and listen to the voice of the customer.


Responsibilities:

• Utilize strong project management skills and experience.


• Hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, Market Research, Data Analytics, Communications, or Business.


• Possess 3 or more years of market research experience, including direct project management.


• Demonstrate understanding and experience with various research methodologies.


• Leverage both primary and secondary data sources for research design and results.


• Excel in synthesis skills.


• Transform data into compelling stories through insights and data visualization.


• Communicate complex and functional strategies effectively to senior management.


• Contribute passionately to an organization committed to continuously improving consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in qualitative research and experience with Member Advisory Committees.


• Familiarity with working in diverse research groups, such as Multicultural, Low Income, and Disabled.
