The Quality Assurance Inspector is responsible for performing inbound inspections of all purchased materials, both food and non-food, to ensure they meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards. This role involves documenting and controlling instances of product non-conformance and collaborating with various departments to resolve these issues. The Inspector also maintains accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.


You'll also be responsible for:
• Assisting with Quality Assurance at Bakery and Cheese Operations, including cross-functional training and support during peak operations
• Managing the timely and accurate movement of products through the Warehouse Management System, handling inspections, rejections, and system holds
• Ensuring a safe work environment by complying with safety standards, enforcing company regulations, and monitoring unsafe conditions


Qualifications



We need an individual who is self-motivated and can work independently while following appropriate procedures with a high attention to detail. In addition, we are seeking someone who is collaborative and a problem solver to ensure as a company we are delivering great products to our customers.


It also takes:
• A High School Diploma or at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Exceptional teamwork and diplomacy skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and ability to document findings accurately
