We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to bolster our Talent Acquisition team, specifically focusing on supporting our US Packaging Plants in Hourly Recruiting. This is a 6-month position intended to address the current needs of the team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in catering to the hourly hiring requirements across multiple locations.

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
Screen resume and manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final offer negotiation
Cultivate strong relationships with managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
Oversee the entire recruitment process for various positions, guiding managers in sourcing, selecting, and retaining top-tier candidates.
Stay engaged with job boards, social media platforms, and other avenues to attract high-quality candidates; craft and publish compelling job descriptions and announcements.
Employ diverse recruiting channels and develop innovative strategies to identify exceptional candidates.
Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and guide candidates through the hiring process, offering support from interview preparation to negotiating final offers.
Maintain a comprehensive database of candidate records, including both active and passive prospects, as well as employees at various stages of employment.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources management or a related field
Proficient in working with content management systems.
Skilled in utilizing platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other Miscellaneous Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Demonstrated experience in crafting recruitment strategies.
Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment processes.
Experience in Hourly Manufacturing Recruiting is required
