We are seeking a Family Law Paralegals to join our client's growing team in a temp-to-perm capacity. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive legal environment with a clear path to permanent placement.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide paralegal support in family law cases, including case preparation, legal research, and document drafting.
Utilize MyCase (case management), Microsoft Office, Peachcourt, Westlaw, and LexisNexis for information gathering and legal research.
Manage state e-filing processes.
Collaborate with attorneys to ensure timely completion of case-related tasks and meet the firm's billable hour requirements of 1600 annually.
Qualifications:
Up to 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in family law.
Proficient in MyCase, Peachcourt, Westlaw, LexisNexis, and state e-filing systems.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
