Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY
This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to understand and synthesize complex research topics ranging from semiconductors to integrated photonics. This position will be responsible for connecting with leading researchers and technical teams at NY CREATES to create print and digital technical content and edit documents in support of NY CREATES' funding and partnership opportunities, and promotion, including grant/proposal development and ensuring consistent voice on all submissions. The Technical Writer collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all application, proposal, presentation, and publication requirements, deadlines, and schedules are maintained, and deliverables are timely and of high quality.

Salary Range: $100,000- $125,000 annual
*Posted salary rates are determined upon experience and education
