What you will do

The T&D Deliver CX Manager is responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Deliver CX ServiceNow & Genesys Manager working closely with the regions for smooth and standard implementations supporting Kenvue SC OKRs to enhance Customer & Employee Experience

• Work hand-in-hand as a strategic partner with business and technology teams and drive engagement with third party partners to deploy customer-focused Supply Chain technology products

• Help manage ServiceNow & Genesys TS and outsourced vendor relationships

• Lead continuous improvement and Enterprise investment strategy across the Supply Chain technology product lifecycle via internal and third party relationships

• Work across Supply Chain product squads to define innovative solutions, ensuring a coordinated and cohesive strategy

• Maximize return on investment from Supply Chain products by ensuring all product teams "build standard yet innovative solutions" to drive business value in alignment with stakeholder expectations

• Lead and manage a cross-product roadmap for Supply Chain Products including deploying the latest technologies across core Supply Chain areas

• Collaborate with leaders across Supply Chain technology and the business to ensure successful launch and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle

• Have a strong business understanding necessary to drive ownership, customer focus and excellence in program execution

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of SC technologies - specifically ServiceNow, Genesys, SAP and integration technologies (ex. MBox, BPT IS, Web methods, Kong, etc.)

• 10 years of IT experience including business analysis, IT development, program mgmt. and testing

• Experience with Supply Chain business including order mgmt., planning, logistics, customer service and customer experience preferred

• Strong project management experience from workshop planning and requirements through technology selection and project execution including vendor mgmt. and business partnering

• Agile experience including scrum master, user story development, points planning, daily stand-up meeting mgmt. etc.

• Knowledge and use of DevOps tools including Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Selenium, Ansible etc.

• Strong communication and presentation skills with offshore and onshore teams, peers, vendors and senior leaders

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science, Technology, Telecommunications or Supply Chain Management

• MBA or Masters a plus

• Bi-lingual a plus (ex. Spanish, Portuguese, etc.)

• Specialization in ServiceNow, Genesys, SAP technologies desired

• Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $123,000 - $166,000. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
