Location: Vance, AL


Schedule:

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


• Tuesday: 8:00 PM - 5:00 PM


• Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM


• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


• Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree


• Minimum of 3 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Kronos and PeopleSoft


• Flexible with work schedule (Tuscaloosa Plant has 3 shifts; HR Specialists will rotate as needed, primarily starting around 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM once a week)


• Automotive/Manufacturing experience


• Excellent communication and people skills


• Ability to address employee relations concerns


• Labor law experience


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Union avoidance experience


• Strong multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the Plant HR Manager


• Act as a positive change agent
