Job Description:

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Material Handler to join our team! This role ensures work centers are supplied with raw materials and finished products are managed efficiently. If you're detail-oriented and safety-conscious, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload inbound freight and load outbound freight.
• Supply raw materials (e.g., poly rolls, pallets) to work centers.
• Remove unused materials, garbage, and stub rolls from work areas.
• Operate industrial vehicles (forklifts, roll grabs, auto wrappers, etc.).
• Maintain building and grounds upkeep.
• Perform battery changes and gas tank replacements for vehicles.
• Communicate effectively during shift changes.
• Comply with all safety standards and report food safety concerns.
• Assist team members and complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 
  Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 
  Experience: Factory experience preferred but not required.
• 
  Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license (CDL preferred).
• 
  Skills: Basic math, strong communication, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency.

Shift and Environment:

• 
  Shift: 2-2-3 schedule, 6 AM to 6 PM (Day Shift).
• 
  Environment: Active warehouse and plant operations.

Compensation & Benefits:

• 
  Hourly Pay: $20.50, increasing to $22.50 within a year.
• 
  Benefits: Paid Holidays (10-12 annually), Health, Dental, Vision, Term Life, Disability, AD&D.
