Your new role



As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee all on-site aspects of construction projects throughout Northern VA, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will manage subcontractors, coordinate schedules, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.



What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience with education or industrial projects valued $30M+


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• OSH30 & First Aid / CPR


• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
