Job Summary:

The Commercial Implementation Coordinator is responsible for the successful implementation of new Commercial customers ‘on-boarding lifecycle in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines. The candidate will provide expert value-added customer service and consultation to customers and field operations that enhances the customer experience. The Commercial Implementation Coordinator will manage and monitor all required milestones to track progress of each new customer location, drive resolution of obstacles and provide status reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor customer on-boarding project timelines to ensure that functional work streams are delivered on-time, within scope and within customer’s contract terms
  • Manage and update project status reporting as required by the customer, stakeholders, and management.
  • Ensure new priority commercial customers are flowing through the onboarding process in an efficient manner. This includes customer communication, scheduled install dates, install execution, billing accuracy, delivery of gas, and proper internal new business credit is applied.
  • Attend weekly operation check-in calls to provide updates and inquire the status of priority commercial accounts.
  • Support the Territory Sales Manager and sales team in the activities necessary to efficiently onboard new commercial customers and ensure a positive new experience with Amerigas.
  • Validate data integrity for each individual new customer setup in SAP prior to beginning propane deliveries.
  • Lead ad-hoc customer service projects and assist with troubleshooting for customer on-boarding obstacles
  • Recommends and implements solutions for varied customer issues while clearly communicating with customers, field managers and staff.
  • Work with License and Permitting Representatives to review and evaluate detailed site plans drawings for compliance with applicable codes, if applicable.
  • Manage the initial customer training schedule for resale dispenser, AutoGas, and ACE installations by ensuring that our field operations team has set the schedule, communicated with the local customer and completed the training before the installation is active.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • Project Management or related work preferred.
  • Customer service experience preferred with 3 to 5 years’ experience in office environment handling customer accounts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is required.
  • Project Management Certification a plus.
  • SAP knowledge a plus.

The pay for this position ranges from $26.53/hr. to $32.00/hr. depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
