Garage Door Production Manager at Installed Building Products in Lindon, Utah

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Garage Door Production Manager to oversee our production operations.



Key Responsabilities:

• Supervise and manage all aspects of garage door production, ensuring timely and quality output.
• Oversee a team of production staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Coordinate with other departments (such as shipping and sales) to ensure smooth production flow.
• Implement and maintain production standards, processes, and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular quality control inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues, collaborating with other teams to find effective solutions.
• Maintain inventory levels of materials and equipment for the production process.
• Track production metrics and provide reports to upper management.
• Ensure the production team adheres to company policies and procedures while promoting a positive and efficient work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience: Minimum of 2 years in garage door production or a similar industry. Management experience is a plus.

Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) is required.

Legal Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Candidates requiring work visa sponsorship are not eligible.


Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and be over 21 years of age to meet insurance requirements.



Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using production software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of garage door manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Compensation:$28.00 an hour
