Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a professional and courteous manner
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause, and identifying the best solution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Identify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with leadership
