Under general supervision of the Payment Card Manager. The Payment Card Coordinator will manage the institution's purchasing card program, including issuing cards, monitoring transactions, ensuring policy compliance, and reconciling monthly statements. This role also involves training staff on proper card usage and handling any issues related to card transactions.
Essential Duties Summary:
Answers emails, phone calls, and one-on-one inquiries for departments.
Adds funds to travel cards.
Performs audits, keep records, and assign/email Violations if necessary.
Provides trainings to cardholders, GCMS users, etc.
Performs maintenance on cards, such as, adding users in GCMS, updating credit and single transaction limits, taking care of declines and any problems/issues with the cards, etc.
Other (cancelling/issuing cards, providing Execs., audit department, and other with reports, complete Exit Processing Checklist for all employees who are terminated with TSU, etc.).
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

$55,038.89 - $70,174.59
Education:
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
Required Licensing/Certification:
Certification by IOCP Preferred.
