What to Expect
The Sr. Servicing & Loyalty Operations Planning Associate is responsible for supporting the overall operational budget planning, cost analysis, staffing and capacity models for the Servicing & Loyalty department. This role will represent the Servicing & Loyalty department as liaison to cross-functional processes supporting the departmental budget and staffing processes.
What You Will Do
1. Support the planning and maintenance of the departmental budget by function and team. Maintain capacity models to support and execute on departmental requirements for staffing.
2. Maintain and support reporting and analyses on department budget, CPU, staffing and demand.
3. Partner cross-functionally to monitor operational performance and analyze drivers.
4. Support development of policies and procedures relating to budgeting.
5. Follow up on audit & compliance assessment and own action items.
Qualifications
What You Will Bring
• Minimum 4-6 years related experience in a captive finance company.
• Preferred experience in customer service and/or back-office servicing operations.
• Bachelors' degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Working knowledge of the finance industry with a specific focus on customer experience, customer service channels, and performance management preferred.
• Knowledge of HCA business practices and workflows.
• Ability to close business gaps with research, data, and action item planning/execution.
• Must be able to work independently and in a team setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint for executive presentations.
• Proven track record Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proven track record with delivering seamless customer experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a performance coaching environment.
Work Environment
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. Successful candidates may be hired anywhere in the salary range based on these factors. It is uncommon to hire candidates at or near the top of the range.
