Physical Requirements | Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods during meetings, consultations, or while working at a computer. Consistent ability to develop, implement, and oversee operational plans, including resource allocation and performance monitoring. Job Summary | We are seeking a strategic and dynamic HR Solution Center Manager responsible for the daily operations of our HR Solution Center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused HR services to faculty, staff, students, and retirees. This role is pivotal in driving HR service excellence and operational efficiency within a major research university and UK HealthCare. The HR Solution Center Manager will lead a team of HR professionals to address complex HR issues, and implement strategies to enhance the overall employee experience while maintaining compliance and managing risks effectively.
