Senior Estimator - General Construction / Healthcare
Salary Range: $130k-165k.

Position Overview:
Our GC client is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their growing team, focusing on large-scale healthcare construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong estimating background, excellent communication skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets from conceptual design through construction documents.
Deliver updated cost plans at major project milestones.
Mentor and support junior estimators and project team members.
Review and analyze design changes, technologies, and value engineering options.
Develop cost trends by gathering and summarizing data from completed projects.
Assess cost-saving opportunities and alternative construction methods.
Assist with the implementation and training of new estimating tools and templates.
Support the client's leadership team with preconstruction and estimating presentations.
Create and manage Life Cycle Costing models as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in estimating, cost management, or project controls within the construction industry.
Strong background in conceptual estimating and preconstruction services.
Experience working on large-scale construction projects and programs.
Solid understanding of value engineering and cost control best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Healthcare construction experience (including familiarity with OSHPD standards) strongly preferred.
