This position is fully remote and located within the United States.



Key Responsibilities

• Review and prepare proposals for design and delivery of engineered-to-order systems including Heat Transfer Packages, Clean Steam Generators, and Dearators.


• Collaborate with Sales personnel, Plant Manager, Project Management, Fabricators, and Suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of engineered systems.


• Participate in contract reviews to ensure compliance and feasibility.


• Engage in design and manufacturing reviews to maintain our world-class standards.


• Identify alternate suppliers for Engineered Service Manufacturing Unit (ESMU) components to ensure the highest quality and cost-efficiency.


• Maintain, coordinate, and clean work areas in strict compliance with 5S Standards.


• Perform other tasks and responsibilities as the need arises to successfully implement projects.

Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Equivalent experience considered.


• 5+ years of Inside Sales/Customer Service experience in a manufacturing environment with strong commercial competence and a sense of urgency.


• Demonstrated computer proficiency in current Microsoft Office programs, presentation and graphics, PDF, Salesforce CRM, and call center software is also strongly desired.


• Experience with AS400 and Cognos Systems.


• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task efficiently.


• Excellent Excel skills and good overall computer proficiency.
