Nature & Purpose of Position:

Responsible for assisting in creative digital projects, photography and videography, and event operations.



Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Collaborates on creative projects by designing materials such as: flyers, banners, backdrops, etc


• Assists in capturing event photography, editing images, and maintaining up-to-date photo albums


• Help in designing university-branded flyers for events and/or programs in a timely manner


• Support with creating and managing content for the college's digital signage


• Assists with event set-up, tear-down, and overall event operations

Essential Skills



This role requires strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, specifically, Adobe Illustrator. This position calls for someone who can work collaboratively with a team and is not afraid to take initiative. Knowledge of Adobe Lightroom is preferred. This position is highly creative, requiring someone who can quickly adapt to and work within university guidelines
