We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help deliver responsive, accurate support to our customers via phone, email, and live chat. If you're tech-comfortable, detail-focused, and customer-driven, we want to hear from you. This role is heavily remote based with occasional need to be onsite should remote connectivity issues arise.
What You'll Do:
Respond promptly to phone, email, and chat inquiries
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when needed
Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately
Flag patterns or recurring issues to internal teams
Follow assigned schedule and communicate promptly if changes arise
What You'll Need:
High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred
1+ year experience in a call center or customer support environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfortable with device troubleshooting and multitasking across platforms
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and team-focused
Pay
$18/hour
Schedule options
Monday through Friday with possible Saturdays (OT)
