This Talent Acquisition opportunity is a contract-to-hire opportunity on a fully in-office basis. Responsibilities:
Full-cycle and high-volume recruitment from start to finish including posting on job boards, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates, and extending offers
Communicating and collaborating with hiring managers on their needs for open positions
Managing the onboarding process and facilitating candidate screens
Track and report key recruitment metrics
Organizing and maintaining candidate information via an ATS platform
Scheduling candidate interviews with hiring managers
Working to fill 20-25 open requisitions at a time
Ensuring compliance with employment laws
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in high volume and full cycle recruitment
Experience working with an ATS
Candidates that are Bilingual in Spanish are ideal
Strong experience using job boards
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Must be fully in-office in West Nashville/ The Nations
