Robert Half is seeking a skilled FP&A Consultant with advanced Excel, Power BI, and analytical expertise to manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for decision-making. You will work with large datasets to deliver actionable insights, streamline processes, and build financial models that drive business performance. This will be onsite / hybrid role located in Cerritos, CA.
Responsibilities:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Create and automate financial models, dashboards, and reports in Excel and Power BI.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Deliver insights through predictive modeling and scenario analysis.
Collaborate with teams to align recommendations with business goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
Advanced Excel (VBA, Power Query, etc.) and Power BI expertise.
Experience analyzing and visualizing large datasets.
Knowledge of financial reporting tools and ERP systems is a plus.
