Salary: $140,000 to $185,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits

About Company / Opportunity:
We're working with a multi-division construction, telecom, and field services company that supports large-scale infrastructure projects across the U.S. The business is in expansion mode and seeking a finance leader to help drive operational performance and strategic planning.
This is a high-visibility role with a broad scope, touching budgeting, forecasting, and decision support for active and upcoming field projects. You'll work closely with senior leadership and operations teams to ensure the right financial infrastructure and insight is in place to support growth.
Responsibilities:
Lead company-wide financial planning and forecasting efforts
Develop and maintain project-level cost tracking, profitability metrics, and reporting
Support revenue recognition, resource planning, and capital allocation
Design and improve dashboard reporting and performance KPIs
Partner with construction and operations leaders to guide decision-making
Oversee financial modeling for project bids, investments, and expansion strategies
Contribute to post-acquisition integration and operational alignment
Manage and mentor a small team of finance professionals
Present insights and performance updates to executive leadership
Must-Have Skills:
8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
Experience working within a construction, infrastructure, or field services environment
Background in organizations with over 1,000 employees
ERP systems experience (D365, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
Strong financial modeling and presentation skills
Solid understanding of project costing, operational KPIs, and margin analysis
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with job costing for fixed-price and time & materials contracts
Exposure to M&A activity or post-acquisition integration
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar dashboard tools
